Looking for house in llandudno, or maybe conwy/colwyn bay areas also.

Myself, my partner and her two children (and 2 cats!) are hoping to find a new place to live near llandudno so we don't have to change the childrens schools as they're very settled.
We are all very friendly (even the kids!) and not too fussy about a fitted kitchen and such, as we'd prefer just a nice place in a nice neighbourhood with pleasant neighbours.
We are not actually DSS but me and my partner are both full time carers of our youngest child, meaning we're on carers allowance/income support and have housing benefit paid for, as a result we have guaranteed rent/housing benefit until 2012 making it even more secure than full time employment.
Our budget for a new 3 bedroom house is £480-550 depending on the size of the property.
