Roomy, 2-bedroom holiday home, sleeps 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, living-room with dining area, fire-place, sofa-bed and patio doors to the garden. Full bathroom with bath-tub, shower, washbasin & toilet. Two bedrooms, one with King size bed, second bedroom has two single beds and room for a third bed or baby's cot.
BBQ and dining area outside. Cot, highchair, play-pen available at no extra cost. We have some outdoor family games (croquet, badminton, horseshoes) and indoor games and books.
We have recently installed a 24' swimming pool for our guests to enjoy during the hot summer months - pool is open from early June until second week in September. We also have a 7-person Jacuzzi hot-tub for the year round enjoyment of our guests
We have some small farm animals here, baby pygmy goats & ducklings - so you can enjoy a great family holiday! Most evenings a small herd of White Tailed deer visit our farm on their way to the river to drink, if you sit quietly at dusk you are sure to see them.

Located in the lush Southern Ontario countryside, we have a river for fishing and walking trails, and we are within a 30 minute drive of 17 Public or Semi-Private Golf courses.
We are just 30 minutes from the London Ski Club, where Ski equipment may be rented. Great snowmobiling in this area of Ontario - guided tours can be arranged.
Just 5 minutes from the pretty town of St Thomas where you will find shopping, entertainment, casual and fine dining, and 10 minutes from the sandy beaches on Lake Erie's north shore at Port Stanley, 15 minutes south of London, Ontario, and highway 401, less than 2 hours from Toronto, Detroit, and Niagara Falls.
All bed linens and towels are included, a complimentary fruit basket and start-up groceries (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, eggs, bread, cheese) await you on arrival.
Check in is 3pm Saturday, check out is 11am Saturday. Shorter rental periods may be available in the Fall and Winter season.
