Biography
Artisian is a London based mid to fast paced black/death/grind band originally set up in 2004 by Iain Miro. The complete line up came after Frank-o (drums) and Ash (Bass) joined in early 2006.
Influenced by a very cold and harsh sound, Artisian manage to carefully fuse old school black metal with a slash of death, grind and thrash: Put Simply, Artisian can be summed up in one word - 'EXTREME METAL'.
The Debut album 'Lament for the Eternal Frost', was released at Halloween in 2005, on limited release with Grindethic Records and then following subsequent signing to Copro, released on full worldwide 2006 release (currently available from all good record stores & online) . Artisian have already finished recording the follow up release 'Na Beiste Bho'n Talamh' (The beast out of the earth) due for release early 2007.
