I started my professional career in London working for a large recruitment consultancy and then an international audit firm, both worldwide entities. In 1994, I moved to Paris working within various international business law firms. After four years, I returned to London to undertake a MA in Human Resources and I became a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development too. In 2003, I returned to Paris and started recruiting bilingual administrative staff for international companies. At the beginning of 2008, I founded my own agency http://www.SmartSteps.fr.
