Hi,
I am a sheffield born girl liveing and practiceing therapies in london. I first started yoga after a trip to kibbutz in Israel, I wanted to keep the openess and relaxation I had felt there.. I loved it, that was 14 yrs ago. In the same yr i did a ITEC dip in holistic body massage as i also wanted to shift what I did for a liveing.. since then I have studied and qualified in Thai massage, Yoga teaching and Counselling.
I love festivals and 5 rythms and Osho meditations as well as simply sitting in silence as a form of meditation, the books most inspiring me right now are Robert Anton Wilsons and Tim Leary
